The 100th National Mod was held in Oban during the week commencing Saturday 11th October 2003. The Isle of Mull Gaelic choir were there to take part in the Sheriff MacMaster Campbell Memorial Quaich, singing An Gille Guanach' and the prescribed song 'Caol Muile'. They also competed in the Puirt-a-bual singing 'Fear a dh'ith am bonnach mor' and 'Tha toll air a bhata mhor'. The ladies competed for the Grampian Television Trophy sing dh'fhalbh mo Leannan Fhain and there own choice members of the choir were also competing as soloists and duets and in the Argyll ladies choir.
This was the choirs 25 th year of competing at the National mod.
